Loosing Fat - What can you do in your normal daily life?

Most People, when they start a good fat burn or weight loss program, often gets lethargic after the initial enthusiasm and tend to loose the energy and enthusiasm fast rather than weight. Well weight loss programs do work but they still need your support to show you a decent result. Well weight-loss programs is not the subject of this article.

We will be discussing some daily activities which you can do to start loosing weight and once you see some difference, you can pick up some more rigorous program to see results even fast and better.

So let's get on the ways. Here is what you can do daily to loose weight, burn fat, and reduce your belly:

  1. Drink Water: Old Chinese method of loosing weight, drink 4 glasses of water as soon as you get up in the morning, without brushing your teeth. This will cleanse your body and start the metabolism your body needs.

  2. Be lazy: Try breaking your work of fetching things from a different room in to more number of trips. Be lazy, don't lift too many items, do more trip. The benefit you will get is, you loose extra calories without much efforts.

  3. Become Stairs Friendly: Wait for lifts not more than 20 seconds, if lifts arrive do not arrive in 20 seconds, abandon it and become stairs friendly. You will enjoy this.

  4. Small is delicious: Take small portions of meals at a time. You can eat more frequently, but just take small portions every time.

  5. 20 Minutes Rule: Well, a human brain is too busy to listen to what your stomach has to say. So when stomach says that its full, it goes in to a queue and brain gets to listens it only after 20 minutes. So between 2 servings just talk, watch TV, or do something to give your brain a chance to listen what your stomach has to say. In that way you will end up in eating only enough for your body and not extra.

  6. Fiber: Eat food with more fiber content. This way you will eat more healthier food and even find yourself full sooner.

  7. Cheating doesn't matter: So after all these, you still feel eating you always wanted. Go ahead cheat, but remember that you plan your cheat first. This way you get control.



Start today and start feeling that difference in you belly, weight, or fat. Remember it not at all difficult. All these things are very simple to incorporate in your daily life.
